ZUMBA – LATIN INSPIRED DANCE FITNESS – Let loose with the hot latin vibe! Samba, Salsa, Reggaeton are just a few to mention! Upbeat Zumba music which is guaranteed to shift your mood!

ZUMBA GOLD – LOW INTENSITY LATIN INSPIRED DANCE FITNESS -Low impact, less pace, latin inspired dance fitness class, suitable for all!

30 MINUTE CORE – This session works on the core muscles (Abs, Back and Glutes)  which are responsible for reducing injuries, in particular our back, by using strengthening exercises.

CARDIO COMBAT – A non contact, martial arts based, choreographed fitness workout. Shape your body and lets kick it!

SOUL STRENGTH – Using additional resistance to help promote more muscle fibre, increasing your metabolism and prevent bone loss. Planning and acting on your bone health, in particular during menopause, can help set positive patterns for years to come.

About me

Hi, I’m Eva. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. I started my career in 1994 as a Reebok Step Aerobics Instructor at the local Golf Clubhouse after completion of YMCA Health and Fitness Diploma. Over the years I have continued to educate and teach and in a variety of group fitness classes such as Spin, Zumba, Gym with the latest qualification being Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral. My passion is to get people active through offering variety of fitness programs with music that makes you want to move and smile! I loved teaching Salsa and Latino aerobics and realised this is my passion….DANCE!!

When I play Soul music it makes me want to dance which takes me to another dimension….A place with no worries and nothing but good vibes. I love and need Soul music everyday, from morning to night!

I want to help you to experience this exhilarating feeling of letting go whilst moving to the addictive Soul music!

My classes are suitable for all ages, shapes, gender and fitness ability. So, would you like to have fun whilst dancing and gain the same benefits of a workout…..without the gym involved?
