   I have really enjoyed the recordings I have purchased so far. Did a live class to start with and since then find buying the recordings is so easy and really helpful to fit in with my busy work schedule. It is really good fun. Eva is lovely and encouraging. The music is GREAT!! Would highly recommend this way to get some good exercise in.
